South Florida: 3 Sons Brewing making a run for Dania Beach. Dania Beach may soon become the source of the pumpkin spice latte beer you grew so fond of in the last couple of years. Also roasting up Kope Lewak for Summation Batch 5 for Hunahpu’s day. Click here for more information.
Asheville, NC: Green Man Brewing out of Asheville, NC is to release their Snozzberry Sour Ale aged in Oak Barrels on St. Patrick’s day, 2015. Road trip? Maybe. The Asheville, NC area is quickly becoming a craft beer mecca. If you’re not willing to drive, reach out to your friends and relatives that live around the I-40 Appalachian corridor now. You might get lucky and snag a bottle.
Goochland, VA: Lickinghole creek brewing is set to release two of it’s flagship stouts in bottles on March 7th, 2015. The Enlightened Despot is their big Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout and they will have 2,500 bottles with a buy limit of 1 case each. The first 500 lucky patrons will also get the opportunity to purchase their rare stout called Awaken the Despot, which is a coffee treatment version of The Enlightened Despot.
